We take great pride in giving our 100% every day to provide fast and friendly service to every customer who depends on our services for their daily transactions but in this instance, we hurt you. We do our best to make sure our services offered are swift and reliable but indeed the third party downtime was a major setback beyond our control. For that, we are extremely sorry.
Going forward, we have taken transition steps and said goodbye to Third party dependencies and ensure that this situation does not happen again.
