How to Use Global Accounts on Raven
- To use this feature, you must download the Raven app, sign up and complete the verification process.
- Next, select “Accounts” from the menu. Click “Start Setup.”
- At this stage, it’s time to select the currencies you intend to transact in. You must choose at least two currencies and as many as you want.
- Finally, accept the terms and conditions. Be sure to read every single detail of the terms carefully before accepting.
- Once done, click “Proceed,” enter your transaction pin and voila! You have successfully enabled global accounts on your Raven account.
How to Transact with Raven Global Accounts
To begin transacting in multiple currencies, visit accounts from the dashboard and select a currency to transact in, i.e. “British Pounds.”
To Receive Multiple Currencies
- Select “Receive” and choose “Payment Links.” Our payment link feature lets you conveniently create payment links to receive multiple currencies to your global account.
- When you create a global account, we automatically provide you with a payment link you can share to receive payments. You can also create custom payment links.
- Choose a link type, either single or multi-charge. A single charge allows you to receive only one-time payments using the link, and with multi-charge, you can accept payments more than once.
- You can allow the depositor a set amount or enter an amount yourself.
- Enter a link title and a description of its intended purpose. Confirm the information to be correct, click “Proceed”, and enter your six-digit transaction PIN.
- Copy the payment link and share it with the intended recipient.
Once payment is made, you will be notified and can access your funds from your global account.
To send Multiple Currencies
- Select “Send” and enter an amount “Proceed.”
- Next, choose a delivery method, i.e. “Send with Raven.” Please enter the recipient’s username, confirm their correct information, and enter your transaction pin. They would be credited instantly.
How to Swap
You can swap funds across currencies with Raven global accounts. Before swapping, we will provide you with the current exchange rate and how much you would receive.
To swap to NGN,
Select the currency you intend to swap from and NGN. Enter an amount and confirm the details are correct. The funds will be instantly credited to your Raven account.
To swap between currencies
Choose the sending and receiving currency, and once you’re done, enter an amount and confirm that the information is correct. NOTE: A new global account will be created in the receiving currency when trying to swap across currencies you haven’t enabled.

You are hereby informed that Raven is not the direct provider of the Service. The Service is provided by licenced partners across jurisdictions and powered by Leadremit. Leadremit is licenced by the Central Bank of Nigeria as an International Money Transfer Operator (IMTO) . Raven has been informed by Leadremit that it has obtained all necessary regulatory clearances, licences, and approvals required to provide the Service.
Raven does not provide foreign exchange services or information, and it accepts no responsibility for changes, fluctuations, or variations in foreign currency rates while you are making or accepting payments.
